FAQ

How long before my order is dispatched?

All orders before 11am are dispatched same day Monday to Friday. Orders after 11am will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed Friday will be dispatched next working day - Monday.
Can I can my order after placing it, if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the short window available for picking and packaging for dispatch.
Do you delivery outside the UK?

Yes, we delivery outside to the US, Canada and most of Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Poland). However, be aware that in some rare cases, duty taxes may be applied upon arrival by the customs of your country of residence and this will be borne by you, the customer.
