Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: www.isibehi.store/termsandconditions.

 

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Orders placed before 11am (Monday -Thursday) will be processed and dispatched same day, otherwise the next working day.

Orders place Fridays-Sunday will be processed and dispatched next working day.

 

Free Shipping - We offer free shipping within the UK on Orders over £140 and aim to delivery within 3-4 working days.

 

Expedited UK Shipping Fees:

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates: Please note that this is dependent of rates at the time of shipping.


   Up to 10kg       11-20kg            Over 20kg

Next Day delivery               from 14.99      from 23.99         from 29.99

Expedited 2-day Delivery.  from 12.99.     form 18.99.       from 23.99

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

 

Once your Order has been processed and dispatched, you will get an email notification on dispatch details.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer shipping to US and Canada. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship to P.O boxes.

 

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched next working day, however, we will try our best to dispatch same day if received before noon day..

 

Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on next business day which is Monday.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND.

  • Item(s) are to be returned unused and in original condition (including all labels and seals intact) with proof of purchase within 3 days from the date of receipt and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.

**BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.

If you wish for us to arrange for collection, the cost will be removed from your refund due.

  • Return must be made with a tracked postage method, and tracking details sent to us via email under original email of intent to return. 


Please be aware that certain goods are exempt from returns and exchanges once they are shipped due to hygiene and safety regulations. These include frozen, smoked/dried or perishable goods and seafoods. 

Please note that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist; this can take up to 7-14 days. 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition (unopened and unused) with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.

By original condition we mean:

  • you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in as received condition and the product can be resold at full price.

  • you haven’t used the product.

Unless faulty, this must be within 3 days of purchase:

  • We're unable to accept returns that do not have our RMA number. This means you must first contact us to notify us within the first 24hours of receipt of goods about your intention to return and in turn will be provided with an RMA code. 

  • Returns must be made via a tracked postage method and tracking details provided to us under the same email originally sent for intent of return.

  • If you have your receipt or order confirmation email, we’ll refund using the original payment method used. If you purchased online with a gift card or voucher, usually we’ll refund you to an e-gift card.

Please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded. For online or telephone purchases we’ll refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order within 7 days from date of receipt. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items.

  • Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.  

  • All return postage cost will be borne by you, the buyer.

 

 

REQUESTING A RETURN :

1.    If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please contact us by email about your intent to return at sales@isibehi.store within 24hours of delivery of your items.

  2.    You will receive an RMA code which is to be included in your return package alongside the product. Without this RMA code your return will not be accepted and refunds will not be processed.

** Be aware that items must be in original sealed packaging and unopened to avoid your refund not being processed.
